Description
Pre Workout contains high levels of caffeine (200mg). The effects of caffeine have long been researched for its ability to enhance performance and endurance during physical activity. Caffeine causes faster blood flow and higher mental alertness during physical activity, therefore helping to train more effectively. It needs to be gradually introduced into your routine.It has some protein so recovery begins immediately.

- This product is only intended for healthy adults between 18 and 50 years of age.
- Before starting this supplement, take advice from your doctor in relation to any known or unknown conditions that you may have.
- This product is unsuitable for people that have high/low blood pressure, cardiac disease, stroke, liver, or thyroid disease, psychiatric disorders, depression, anxiety, seizures, diabetes, prostrate disease or anaemia.

- Not intended for people on any medication.
- Do not use if you are exposed to excessive heat.
- Discontinue using this product if you experience any of the following symptoms: sleeplessness, anxiety, headaches or heart palpitations
Directions
- On first occasion take only 1 scoop (25g) to assess your tolerance to the product.
- Thereafter take 1-2 scoops with 200-400ml of water, 30 to 40 minutes before training.
- If you are not training, only take 1 scoop on that day.
