Polaris Bikewear's RBS (Really Bright Stuff) Commuter Pack Cover is a waterproof fabric high visibility backpack & pannier cover and a must for all commuters. Designed using a combination of fluorescent colours and bright reflective prints so the wearer is visible day and night. Features elasticated drawcord and retaining straps, a mesh rear pocket and light clip. One size fits back packs up to 35 litres and it will pack down very small for easy carrying and storage. (please note the fabric is waterproof but the seams are not taped)
