Now it returns in a completely new form that encompasses the De Rosa's vast experience and the very latest road cycling technologies. Its design, geometries and the materials utilized are optimized for use with a disc brake.
The Idol frame is made from Super Hi-Modulus fibre with a blend of T1000 and T800, thereby guaranteeing the maximum structural rigidity, absorption capacity and lightness.The new frame offers an impressive weight 1kg, total integration of the shifter, brakes and derailleur offers a frame of the highest level.
The second gereration of the IDOL is now typically closer to the top-range of De Rosa collections, in terms of design, lightness and overall performance. The Idol is placed within the medium tier of the brand but most importantly offers excellent value. The new design with its Arc Slope curvature adds to the performance and beauty of this design, element of absolute refinement.
