Constructed with a triple layer membrane, all three playing a key role in keeping you warm and dry on that winter ride. The inner layer is soft fleece lined proving insulation and warmth against the body, the middle layer is windproof protecting against that cold windchill, the outer layer is water resistant if the rain arrives.
